Behind that approach is Wilkins Ortiz, Founder and CEO. Wilkins built his career solving this exact problem: operations that outgrew their systems and needed someone to rebuild the structure underneath them. Over more than 18 years, he has led teams of up to 200 people across high-volume service operations, including senior operations roles at FedEx and Frontier Scientific Services. He has owned daily performance across multi-site operations and built the standards, tracking systems, and accountability structures that kept them running with zero compliance violations.
Wilkins holds an MBA from the University of Delaware and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Manhattan University. He is bilingual in Spanish, allowing him to work seamlessly across diverse teams and ownership groups. What sets him apart is the pattern recognition that comes from two decades inside high-pressure, high-volume environments. He knows what breaks when systems are missing, and how to build structure that keeps it from breaking again.
That experience is now focused entirely on home service businesses, helping founders replace chaos with structure so the company can grow without depending on them to hold it together.
